Trov checks every invoice against the ABR (ABN validity), the NDIS Commission register (provider registration), the NDIS Support Catalogue (price limits and support codes), and your claim history (duplicate detection and hours reasonableness). These are the same data sources the NDIA's own validation runs use.
Whether the support was actually delivered as described on the invoice is a separate question, and a harder one. We're building integrations with rostering and case-management systems so Trov can cross-reference invoices against service agreements, shift logs, and participant records.
